Antonio's Past

Before he fell under the devil's influence, Antonio was more hesitant to letting others control him. He was still easily manipulated, especially if he's desperate for fame and fortune, but he resents how his talent is the only thing they want him for.

Is he a lost cause, or could an unlikely intervention save his soul?

The Start of it All.

A rare canonpoint. Antonio's just coasting through life with his exceptional talent, filling the void with whores and gambling. Sinful? Yes, but what else is there to make him happy?

At this canonpoint, Antonio just royally screwed himself over and lost a good deal of money to his gambling addiction. He's even had to give up his instrument as collateral!

He's so desperate for anything to get him out of this situation, he doesn't think of the big picture.

The Court Musician

Here, Antonio has been employed by the royal family. This may be at the very start of his three year tenure, or in the middle of it. The royal family treats him more than well enough, and he enjoys the fame and praise his talent brings.

He's unaware of their plans to keep him caged....

There's always a price...

At this point, Antonio realized he's in a gilded cage and begins to complain. The royal family tells him he can leave if and only if he can play a song on a single string.

A ludicrous demand, he is aware, yet he somehow managed to pen a sloppy song to be played on a single string... But he's left a note to himself: Don't play it. Is this the product of sleep deprivation? Or did he have to give up something precious for this music?

Viva la Vida

He managed to get himself exiled from the royal palace. It's freedom, but it's cost him his reputation and success. If that wasn't enough, he was unable to secure as much success without the violin.

So he decides to hold concerts again, showcasing his talents to the public. He thinks he can save himself from ruin, but little does he know there are conspirators who wish to hear a song he refuses to play willingly...

Survivor AU

An alternate universe where Antonio received a letter inviting him to play a game. The exact reasons can vary, depending on what point he received the letter, but he was promised a good deal of money and some happiness.
